Dr. Vivekananda Chakraborty boasts an impressive career spanning over three decades in the realms of Education and Literature. Armed with a Post Graduate degree and a Ph.D. in English Literature, he stands as a distinguished figure in the academic world. His accolades include not one, but two D.Litt. degrees, a testament to his scholarly contributions. With a total of 14 published books under his belt, his works on Tagore have garnered international acclaim, solidifying his status as a renowned Tagore Researcher.


Beyond his literary achievements, Dr. Chakraborty is a multifaceted individual excelling in various roles such as Academician, Administrator, Author, Trainer, Columnist, Rabindra Researcher, and Motivational Speaker. His reputation extends both nationally and internationally, having been invited as a Guest-of-Honour or Speaker to over 25 International Conferences worldwide. Moreover, he has graced more than 50 National Seminars organized by the University Grants Commission across different states in India. His scholarly contributions are further evidenced by the publication of over 50 research papers in esteemed international peer-reviewed journals.


Dr. Chakraborty's dedication to academia has not gone unnoticed, as he has been honored with prestigious titles such as 'CPS Peace Ambassador' by the Centre for Peace Studies in Sri Lanka. His recognition extends to receiving the 'Certificate of Honour' from the University of Cambridge in the UK and being awarded 'The Best Principal of the Year 2019' at the International Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Additionally, his participation as an International Speaker at the Global Guru's Conclave in New Delhi led to him being bestowed with the 'Innovative Principal of the Year' Award in 2019.
